( Pink Card and CI Card)

The Pink Card is intended for foreigners entering Thailand. Those who have officially entered can apply at any time. The term of the card is 10 years. For those who entered illegally, they must only do so during the official opening of the Thai government. The pink card can only be issued with a Work Permit, and the Work Permit is a labor card. The labour card is only valid for 1 or 2 years and requires employer insurance. The Pink Card is an identification card issued by the Thai government to legalize illegal immigrants and undocumented migrant workers in Thailand.

For a pink card Thai ID Number, Work Permit, House Registration Book, Marriage Certificate are required. If you want to apply for a pink card, you must (1) Register online and wait for the list of eligible applicants to come back. (2) Work permit card fee must be paid and health insurance must be purchased. 3) Fingerprints must be printed at relevant Immigration offices. After completing these steps, you will receive a Work Permit Card and a Pink Card. The right to travel must be allowed to travel only within the boundaries shown on the card.

Since the Work Permit card is a card guaranteed by the Thai boss, it is only allowed to stay legally in the border of work. If you have a passport, you must apply for a Non-LA visa, and those who do not have a passport must apply for CI. In the Work Permit card, according to the validity period, the immigration office will add the Visa back to the CI or Passport. A person who does not have a visa in CI or Passport cannot renew the work permit card. If the work permit expires, you will become an illegal resident again. A person who does not have a pink card and work permit cannot do CI. CI means that a Myanmar citizen working in Thailand has been verified by the Thai government to the Myanmar government that he has been cleared of criminal charges and that he is a Myanmar citizen. A person who has a CI certificate can legally live and travel anywhere in Thailand, and must also legally travel in and out of Thailand and Myanmar. A person with a passport does not need to apply for a CI book. A passport holder can apply for the visas he wants to apply for and travel to the countries he wants to go to in addition to Thailand and Myanmar if approved by Thailand.
